ALL PC DATA WILL BE DETAINED AND CRIMINAL PROCEDURES WILL BE INITIATED AGAINST YOU IF THE FINE IS NOT PAID” and then once again if you close this it asks  “are you sure you want to leave this page” once user select to leave the page it’s loop the same instances again and again. 

How to Eliminate this :-

Step 1^st     Take computer in Safe Mode with networking.

Step 2^nd    Use some anti-Spyware programs to remove this adware.
